Texas Home Managers takes over the complete management and care for your listed vacant home. We begin by carefully screening and assigning trained Home Managers who own beautiful furniture & quality decor to temporarily reside and manage the home. They perform in enhancing the home in several facets in exchange for paying a quarter of the typical market rental fees to us. We match the Home Manager's furniture & decor to your home's style, size and value. Our professional Interior Decorator determines the best way to display the items so your house will transform from looking empty, stale and plain, to a stylish & beautiful, "Model Home".
 
Your showings and showings from other Realtors on your home to potential buyers will be greatly enhanced, increasing your chances of getting it sold. When the home sells, the Home Managers quickly move to the next vacant home to repeat the process all over again.


 
 
How much does it cost?
 
 
The property managment services that we perform for the Homeowners and Realtors are completely complimentary. Homeowners and Realtors never have to pay a percentage upon the sale of the property. Their are no hidden fees or assumed financial compensation of any kind.
 
Not only are our services performed "cost free", we also cover many or all of the Homeowner's holding costs. During our management term, we will pay the Homeowner's monthly utilities bills which include the electric, water, gas and sewage companies. Homeowner's no longer paying their home's utility bills save money using our services and they will appreciate you letting them know about our company.

 
 
 

Ready -To-Show condition!

 
 
Your listed home will be kept in a beautiful ready-to-show condition. Simply provide a courtesy-call to the Home Managers notifying them of the showing time. This way they can be away from the home so you or other Realtors can be alone with the prospect. You can schedule showings anytime from 9:00 AM to sundown, 7 days a week. Your listing will be maintained continuously until sold and then vacated and will be cleaned prior to the closing date for new Homeowners.
