Our professional Interior Decorator determines the best way to display the items so your house will transform from looking empty, stale and plain, to a stylish and beautiful, "Model Home". The Realtor showings on your home to potential buyers will be greatly enhanced. When the home sells, the Home Managers quickly move to the next vacant home to repeat the process all over again.
 
Our contract is solely with the Homeowner; however, you select the Realtor and we assist them. We benefit your Realtor by enhancing the quality of the showings of your home. This makes them happy because it will majorly increase their chances of getting it sold faster. Once the home is furnished and decorated, we give your Realtor a high quality 360º Virtual Tour to provide them with an Internet marketing tool. The 360º Virtual Tour is provided for the Realtor and Homeowner complimentary.
